Faith Jegede是知名的部落客和廣播主持人，在這段TED的演說，Faith Jegede分享了她和2個患有自閉症弟弟的相處之道，並在過程中體會到所謂「正常」與「不正常」之間的微妙關係。
Faith Jegede的演說希望大家平心靜氣的接受個體的差異，並將其視為一種獨特的天賦恩賜，相較於被鼓勵的少數「不正常」，多數符合普世價值的「正常」們，也應該從這個演說中學會接受和包容，甚至去發掘自己的「不正常」，不要因為畏懼世俗眼光而壓抑了自己潛能。
